I have spent the majority of my career as a public servant with nearly two decades of experience serving the people of Fulton County. I currently serve as a Senior Prosecutor and leader in the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office, where I have spent the last eight years prosecuting criminal cases in the State Court of Fulton County, mentoring younger prosecutors, and working extensively with programs which hold people accountable while reducing repeat offenses. I have devoted my career to restoration and second chances. I have been highly involved in diversion programs, expungement and record restriction fairs, and community initiatives that help individuals move forward responsibly. I have seen firsthand that when the system balances firmness with compassion, outcomes improve — for defendants, victims, and the community as a whole.The Solicitor General’s motto of “Smart, Fair Restorative Justice” is truly my heart-held creed with a committed focus on outcomes that improve public safety as well as strengthen Fulton County.

I began my career with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, serving from 2006 to 2017 in multiple leadership roles. The first of which included assignment to the Extradition Unit where I worked closely with law enforcement agencies across Georgia and the country facilitating the processing, movement and Governor’s warrants for fugitives from justice. My tenure later led me to hold positions including Training Coordinator, Custodian of Records for the Sheriff’s Office, and GA POST liaison (Ga Peace Officer Standards & Training Council). In that role, I ensured that every Fulton County Deputy and Detention Officer remained in compliance with training requirements by coordinating sworn and civilian officer training, as well as tracking firearms recertification. I was also the CALEA liaison for training where I was an integral part in receiving and maintaining Commission for Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies. I served the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office full-time while also attending Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School here in Fulton County. I graduated in 2016, passed the Bar Exam a few months later that same year and began my legal career shortly after. From 2017 to 2019, I practiced as a plaintiffs’ rights attorney in Federal/ bankruptcy court, representing individuals and families seeking second chances at financial stability. That civil experience deepened my understanding of how court decisions impact everyday lives while also providing opportunities to restore dignity and stability to families facing overwhelming financial circumstances.

Upon transitioning from plaintiff’s work I have now been prosecuting State Court cases over the past eight years. I have been recognized for my commitment to public safety and fairness, including being named 2024 Prosecutor of the Year by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (M.A.D.D.) for my work protecting Fulton County by keeping impaired drivers off our roads. I was also named Second Chance/ Restorative Justice Prosecutor of the Year by the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office in 2025. I remain deeply involved in diversion programs, expungement and record restriction fairs, and community outreach initiatives. My dedication to community service includes participation in youth violence prevention efforts, law enforcement community events bridging the gap between our law enforcement partners and the communities they serve, as well as speaking on panels for college and pre-law students at institutions including Clark Atlanta University, Georgia State University, and John Marshall Law School. I am committed to fairness without favor, accountability that also corrects, restoration for victims, and redemption when earned. I will bring a fresh energy to the bench that focuses on preparation, balance, and active community leadership.

In my personal life, I am a mother of three, and a woman of unshakeable faith. My values guide how I live and how I serve by displaying the importance of justice, mercy, humility, and treating every person as worthy of dignity and respect. Those values shape my character, my work ethic, and my commitment to fairness for all who come before me.
I am the fourth of twelve children. I understand struggle, responsibility, and perseverance. I can relate to the people who come before the court as a parent, a professional, a public servant, and a member of this community. Fulton County deserves a judge who understands both sides of the courtroom, who believes in accountability and redemption, and who is ready to serve with integrity, energy, and compassion.
